1. Beta status

Post Blend websites and playtest builds are provided as-is during a closed beta. Features change or break without notice; sessions may be reset between builds. We do our best to warn you, but beta means beta.

2. Your content

Worlds you define and stories you generate in playtests remain yours. By using the service you grant us the limited technical license needed to render and store your sessions. You keep ownership; we never resell your content and never train models on it.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use the worlds to generate unlawful, harassing or sexual content involving real people or minors — the referee and moderation layer will block and may terminate access.
• Don't attack, scrape or overload the service, and don't reverse-engineer the engine outside written agreement.

4. Our content

The engine, site design, copy and key art are © 2026 Post Blend. Press usage of key art and b-roll is permitted with attribution; everything else requires written permission.

5. Liability and law

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. These beta terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine; disputes go to the courts of Kyiv. (Commercial terms replace this section for paying partners.)
